if i do this for 2 weeks how much weight will i lose???
Breakfast: Lots of fruits and water
Snack: Carrots and water
Lunch: Fruits and water
Snack: fruits and vegeatbles with water
Dinner: Carrots and water
30-45 Minutes of cardio exercise

Also 120lbs is a good weight for being 5'1'' right?
