How do i set out a weight loss plan?
i am turning 15 and i weigh around 62kg, i want to lose around 5-10kg but i don't know how to set out a diet plan on how much exercise and what to eat.i want to lose around 2kg a week, how do i do it? please help. i use to starve myself and binge out and now i just want to do the right way, which is the hard way.
