My doctor prescribed for me Adipex P to help with my weight loss. I have been only drinking water (tons of it), eating extremely healthy, doing 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical (3 days a week) before I go to work in the mornings, and working out 4 days a week after work doing 1 hour of elliptical then 1 hour of weights. I love neutrogena's visibly clear. It makes my skin feel soft and supple. I also love the clarisonic skin care brush system for the same reasons.
For my hair, i massage my hair with coconut oil ever other week, half an hour before bath. i think my hair is more healthier with it.
